In this article, the authors wanted to think, retrospectively, to supports they have conducted with children faced with significant developmental disorders in the nursery. From the illustration of two supports and a presentation of the interview to the parents about difficulties identified in the nursery, the authors identified some factors which emerged as their support in child development and tracks reflection for future.
