Outrepassant la question de subordination cet article met en scène un management par le projet dans un contexte singulier qu’est un centre social municipal situé dans une ville nouvelle de Sénart en France. À travers l’éclairage d’une lente adaptation à l’organisation interne du service, le scénario choisi dans cet article révèle la dimension formative de la conduite de projet se situant entre pratiques sociales émancipatrices et aliénation dans le processus de professionnalisation du sujet pensant.

Going beyond the question of subordination this article presents management by a singular context project in a municipal social centre located in a new city of Sénart in France. Through the illumination of a slow adaptation to the internal organisation of the department, the scenario chosen in this article reveals the formative dimension of project management between emancipatory social practices and alienation in the process of professionalisation of the thinking subject.
