le travail en série dont le travail dans le temps et sur le déploiement de plusieurs temps est l’objet même de la production permettrait la continuité nécessaire à l’élaboration d’un travail identitaire, d’un travail d’historicisation du sujet. Au-delà de la répétition qu’implique la création renouvelée d’un motif récurrent, il semble que cette rythmicité du motif soit plutôt l’expression d’un motif originaire qui tente de s’élaborer, de prendre sa place là où aucune n’existait pour lui, là où aucune n’était pensée pour lui. Ainsi, la création en série est marquée par deux temporalités distinctes, celle d’un temps originaire d’inscription qui fait entrer le sujet dans son cycle de travail et celle d’un temps social qui rythme la création en permettant sa continuité.
