In the form of an interview, Isabelle Gay, a secretary in a Medico-Psychological Center (CMP) for early childhood, looks at the different aspects of the profession: the reception of children and their parents, the gathering, traceability and transmission of information, management of appointments and letters, filing, displaying information, organisation, the entry and archiving of data and documents. She describes, with a great deal of enthusiasm and humanity, her role within a multi-professional care giving team.
