La capacité de l’analyste pour accueillir le non- représentable du patient peut faire naître chez l’analyste des intuitions qui s’imposent sur la forme de constructions et de préfigurations interprétatives. Selon Bion (1963), « La seule chose qui compte dans une séance, c’est l’inconnu et rien ne doit distraire le psychanalyste de cette intuition ». Au sein de l’intersubjectivité du couple analytique, l’intuition du psychanalyste permet d’avoir accès à certains aspects de la réalité psychique du patient favorisant son développement. Des moments intuitifs semblables se retrouvent dans la relation maternelle, ce sont les moments où la mère est capable de désintoxiquer les anxiétés préverbales de son bébé. Dans ce travail nous considérons l’intuition psychanalytique comme le résultat de l’intersubjectivité du couple, « les éléments psychiques » surgissent alors dans le conscient de l’analyste, produit des projections du patient. Ainsi, l’intuition du psychanalyste se situe au niveau du contre-transfert et de l’identification projective résultant de la dialectique du couple analyste/analysé. Lorsque le contre-transfert fonctionne de façon adéquate, l’intuition du psychanalyste permet de capter l’expérience inconsciente du patient contribuant à la création d’une expérience potentiellement nouvelle.

The analyst’s capacity to understand what the patient is not saying can activate the intuitive process in the analyst. According to Bion (1963), “The only thing that accounts in the session is the unknown and nothing should distract the analyst from this intuition”. In the intersubjectivity between analyst and patient this intuitive process can permit the analyst to touch on certain aspects of the psychic reality of the patient, encouraging their development. In the same way, in the maternal relationship the mother is capable of alleviating the anxieties the baby is unable to verbalize. In this paper, we are going to consider the intuitive process of the analyst as resulting from the intersubjectivity between the analyst and patient, in which “psychic elements” come to the consciousness of the analyst as a result of the patient’s projections. In this way, psychoanalytical intuition is found at the level of countertransference and the projective identification which results from the analytic relationship. When counter-transference functions properly, intuition allows the psychoanalyst to capture the unconscious experience of the patient, facilitating the creation of a potential new experience.
