L’auteur traite des ratages de la psychisation du corps à travers l’exemple du bébé non câlin qui cherche à se passer prématurément de sa mère. Sa conduite paraît répondre à un impératif de désengagement objectal qui dénature sa vie pulsionnelle. La recherche du calme par épuisement établit un ancrage antiérotique dans le corps. Ce fonctionnement remplace le fonctionnement psychique issu de l’ancrage du pulsionnel dans l’instinctuel. C’est le corps physiologique qui est alors en première ligne, avec un risque accru de désorganisation somatique.
The author discusses failures in the psychisation of the body through the example of the unaffectionate baby who prematurely seeks to do without his mother. His behaviour seems to respond to an imperative to withdraw from the object, distorting the life of his drives. The quest for calm through exhaustion establishes an anti-erotic anchoring in the body. This functioning replaces the psychic functioning that originates from the anchoring of drives in the instincts. It is the physiological body that is then in the front line, with an increased risk of somatic disorganisation.
ZusammenfassungDer Autor behandelt das Scheitern der ‘Psychisierung’, des Psychischwerdens des Körpers am Beispiel eines nicht schmußenden Babys, das vorzeitig ohne seine Mutter auszukommen sucht. Sein Verhalten scheint eine Antwort auf das Gebot zu sein, sich nicht in die Objektbeziehung einzulassen, was sein Triebleben denaturiert. Die Suche nach Ruhe mittels Erschöpfung setzt sich auf eine antierotische Weise im Körper fest. Diese Art zu funktionieren tritt an die Stelle eines psychischen Funktionierens, welches aus der Verankerung des Triebgeschehens im Instinktleben hervorgeht. Damit ist es der physiologische Körper, der an vorderster Front steht und zwar mit dem erhöhten Risiko einer somatischen Desorganisation.
ResumenEl autor considera ciertos fracasos de la psiquización del cuerpo a través del ejemplo del bebé arisco que trata de abstenerse prematuramente de su madre. Su conducta parece responder a un imperativo de descompromiso objetal que desnaturaliza su vida pulsional. La búsqueda de calma a través del agotamiento consolida un sustento antierótico en el cuerpo. Este funcionamiento reemplaza el funcionamiento psíquico surgido del anclaje de lo pulsional en los instintos. Es entonces el cuerpo fisiológico que está en primera línea, con mayor riesgo de desorganización psíquica.
