La spécificité du modèle socio-culturel africain et le processus d’embauche dans les entreprises camerounaises

Les entreprises africaines sont aujourd’hui au centre des pressions et contre-pressions socio-culturelles et politiques engendrées par la mondialisation de l’économie et ceci à deux niveaux : au niveau de la production et au niveau du management des ressources stratégiques. Dans cet article, on a tenté avec la méthodologie d’entretiens de montrer que l’environnement socio-culturel africain spécifique, la gestion des ressources (financières, humaines et matérielles) et particulièrement le processus d’embauche dans les entreprises camerounaises passent par un système de contraintes et de rationalité limitée.

African enterprises are at the forefront of sociocultural and political changes. This scenario has being as result of the globalisation process facing by the world economy and Cameroon is not an exception. With respect to Cameroon, these phenomenons are two folds. On one hand, the changes are related to the production, on the other hand, the management of strategic resources. The author used primary data to assess the impact of the socio-cultural and political changes on the recruitment process in the country. The result of the experiment stretched that the specific socio-cultural environment of Africa and particularly that of Cameroon, has a negative impact on the management of resources (financial, human being and material) and particularly the process of recruitment. He further emphasized on the fact that cultural constraints and the limited rationality of the system illustrate the impact in the case of Cameroon.
