Die statische Auffasstmg der Familie, Hort und Gewähr der bestehenden sozialen Ordnung, ist heute uberholt. Eine dynamische Auffassung ist im Werden. Sie wird hier in der Entwicklung der Funktionen, der Strukturen, der Familienbeziehungen sowie der Bedürfnisse analysiert. Die Unterscheidung zwischen aufgezwungenen Be- durfnissen und schöpferischen Bediirfnissen erleichtert die Hervorhebung der Möglichkeiten einer Befreiung des Menschen und einer Wandlung der Familie von einem Zwangsgebilde zu einer fur ihre Mitglieder anziehenden Gruppe. Die Verfasser bringen eine Reihe von Themen zum Vorschlag, die eine methodische Forschungsarbeit ermöglichen.
П. X. и M. Ж. Шомбар : Развитие потребностей и динамическое понятие семьи. Статическое понимание семьи, как пристанища и основы общественного порядка, в настоящее время является устарелым. Оно постепенно уступает место понятию динамическому. Автор изучает это последнее понятие с точки зрения развития функций и структуры семьи, семейных отношений и потребностей. Различие между потребностями — обязательствами и потребностями — стремлениями позволяет более выпукло выявить возможности освобождения личности и превращения семьи из фактора принуждения в привлекательную для ее членов социальную группировку. Автор предлагает ряд тем, изучение которых поможет систематически осветить все стороны поставленной им проблемы.
Paul-Henri Chombart de Lauwe and Marie-José Chombart de Lauwe : The evolution of needs and the dynamic conception of the family. The statistical conception of the family considered as a refuge and a guarantee of social order is at present out of date. A dynamic conception has been gradually appearing. It is studied here by means of the evolution of functions, the evolution of structures and family relations, and the evolution of needs. A distinction between obligation-needs and aspiration-needs better allows the discovery of the liberating possibilities of persons and the transformation of the coercing family into an attaching group for its members. The authors propose a series of subjects for study which allow methodical progress in this field.

La concepción estática de la familia, considerada como un refugio social y una garantia del orden social, esta actualmente superada. Aparece progresivamente una concepción dinámica, que se estudia en este articulo a través la evolución de las funciones, de las estructuras, de las relaciones familiares y de las necesidades. La distinción entre necesidades-obligaciones y necesidades-aspiraciones permite despejar mucho mejor las posibilidades de liberación de los indivíduos y de transformación de la familia como elemento de sujeción en grupo de atracción para sus miembros. Los autores proponen algunos temas de estudio que permitirán un progreso metódico en este sentido.
