Cet article décrit le fonctionnement d’un dispositif de soin original, rattaché aux activités du centre médico-psychologique ( cmp)mais délocalisé au sein d’une école maternelle : lieu intermédiaire entre soin, famille et école, le jardin d’enfants thérapeutique croise trois regards et trois actions afin de procurer au jeune enfant un temps supplémentaire à sa maturation et une aide à son intégration scolaire au sein d’un petit collectif. L’organisation de séjours thérapeutiques vient compléter l’offre de soin. Une vignette clinique illustre l’ensemble.

This article describes the functioning of an original care setting attached to the activities of the Medico-Psychological Center ( cmp) but delocalized within a nursery school: an intermediate area between care, family and school, the therapeutic kindergarten combines three perspectives and three modes of action aimed at providing the young child with an additional period of maturation and help with his school integration within a small collective. The organization of therapeutic residential trips completes the treatment offer. This is illustrated by a clinical vignette.
