Comment penser ensemble hospitalité et transfert ? À partir d’un questionnement sur « la fabrique de subjectivités » appuyé sur G. Agamben, mais aussi d’un détour par le montage biblique du fratricide présenté comme un inaugural, il sera question dans cet article de la prospérité paradoxale de Caïn et donc de la lignée des criminels dont nous sommes issus selon Freud. Ce détour nous permettra de revenir à Levinas et à l’hospitalité inconditionnelle aux antipodes de l’inhospitalité actuelle, dans la société et dans les institutions psychiatriques. Comment soutenir à contre-courant cet enjeu de l’hospitalité ? Quelle position psychique du psychiatre, de l’analyste pour relever un tel défi ? Sera ainsi radicalement remise en cause la figure de l’analyste apathique, alors qu’il s’agit de promouvoir une posture d’activité psychique tout en maintenant la disparité subjective dans la relation soignante et en évitant l’érotisation du transfert. Cette élaboration à partir de la praxis des psychoses et de la psychothérapie institutionnelle devrait porter à conséquence pour l’accueil dans la psychanalyse de ce qui n’est pas encore advenu au symbolique pour tout sujet en souffrance.
