Résumé
We propose to share the clinic of a drama therapy mediation group in a medico-legal care unit Specially Equipped Hospitalization Unit (uhsa). This unique device is the subject of doctoral research work, in order to model the processes involved in the clinical encounter. It is through the always fruitful theoretical conception of psychic envelopes (Anzieu, 1974, 1985, Houzel, 1987, 2005) that we explore their issues and limits. Such a device articulates the inter- and intra-subjective spaces, like the therapeutic groups with mediation thought in a symbolic analytical orientation. The transsubjective dimension is also added insofar as it is a question of making nurses and patients play together in a place where precisely the penitentiary control tends to limit any movement.
