L’exigence éthique dans l’acte analytique

Cet article tente d’examiner la question éthique qui prenait et prend encore une place très particulière dans la définition de l’acte analytique, depuis le questionnement éthique engagé par Freud vis-à-vis de la responsabilité de l’analyste et de la manière avec laquelle il répond au transfert de l’analysant. Pour aborder cette question, nous allons mettre en exergue la notion de désir de l’analyste et son rapport à la question éthique.

This article attempts to examine the ethical question which played, and still plays an important role in the definition of the psychoanalytical act, since the ethical questioning undertaken by Freud with regard to the responsibility of the analyst and how the latter responds to the transference of the analysand. In order to address this ethical question, we highlight the desire of the analyst and the analyst’s relation to the ethical question.
