Élisabeth Doutre, « Convergences and Divergences in the Social Representation of Moral Harassment: The Effect of Gender », Bulletin de psychologie, ID : 10670/1.q6qbka
The present research explores the influence of moral harassment at work on the gender construct of identity by a study of their social representations. The results indicate that women are affected in their self-identity while men are affected within the sphere of professional identity. These results suggest that the only defensive strategy of working women would be to behave in accordance with stereotypes, being « like a woman » in order to be accepted and liked.
