Dans la clinique des psychoses comme dans le champ artistique, la dynamique de l’acte créateur, ainsi que la construction d’une néoréalité pour un patient psychotique, s’enracine dans la réactualisation de sensations hallucinées qui renvoient au lien primaire à l’objet. Cet article explore le rôle joué par les hallucinations sensorielles de l’ordre du pictogramme, tant dans la psychothérapie psychanalytique et les médiations thérapeutiques artistiques pour patients psychotiques que dans le processus créateur de l’artiste.

In the clinical practice of psychosis as in the field of the arts, the dynamics of the creative act, just like the construction of a neo-reality for a psychotic patient, are rooted in hallucinatory sensations stemming from the primary bond with the object. This paper explores the role played by sensorial hallucinations in the form of the pictogram, both in psychoanalytical psychotherapy or art therapy for psychotic patients and the creative processes employed by artists.
