Cet article se propose, à partir d’une clinique spécifique familiale, celle de l’obésité pédiatrique, de mettre en avant l’importance de la prise en compte par le clinicien, des répercussions de l’inconscient familial en institution(s). À partir d’un exemple clinique paradigmatique, nous montrerons le déploiement de la « psyché familiale » sur la scène d’un réseau institutionnel, où même au sein d’un fonctionnement de « groupe extra-large », nous verrons les effets du « transfert-subjectal » sur les équipes professionnelles en termes d’homologie pathologique ou fonctionnel. Pour ne pas « se laisser prendre » par les avatars de fonctionnement liés à la non-symbolisation, et permettre ainsi une régulation collective, l’analyse de ces enjeux familiaux implique celle du fonctionnement de groupe et des liens de réseaux institutionnels, afin de réaliser un travail de transformation.

Starting from the specific clinical situation of child obesity, this article highlights the importance for the clinician of taking into account the repercussions of the family unconscious in institutions. Drawing on a paradigmatic clinical example, we will show how the “family pyche ” deploys itself on the stage of an institutional network where, even in the functioning of an “extra-large group”, we will see the effects of the “subjectal transference ” onto the professional teams in terms of pathological or functional homology. In order not to get caught up in the vicissitudes of functioning linked to non-symbolisation, thereby permitting a collective regulation, the analysis of these family issues also implies an analysis of group functioning and of institutional network linking in order to achieve a work of transformation.
