Use disorder is a chronic disease characterized by the pathological use of a substance despite the significant problems linked to it. This chronic illness is a source of stress and anxiety. The substantial comorbidity between these entities highlight the connection that they maintain with each other. This study aims to introduce the benefit of psychomotor rehabilitation regarding the regulation of stress and anxiety among people suffering from addiction. It emphasizes the interest of offering a treatment on handling these conditions and the use of different tools to achieve these goals. Finally, this report displays two clinical cases which illustrate the work carried out in a hospital.

Le trouble de l’usage est une pathologie chronique qui se caractérise essentiellement par l’usage pathologique d’une substance malgré des problèmes significatifs liés à cela. Cette pathologie chronique est source de stress et d’anxiété. La comorbidité importante entre ces entités témoigne du rapport qu’elles entretiennent entre-elles. Ce mémoire a pour but de présenter l’apport de la psychomotricité, dans le gestion du stress et de l’anxiété chez des personnes souffrant d’addiction. Il met en exergue l’intérêt de proposer un soin autour de la gestion de ces états et l’utilisation de différents outils dans la réalisation de ces objectifs. Enfin, ce mémoire présente deux cas cliniques qui illustrent le travail réalisé en milieu hospitalier.
