Résumé 0

The article suggests a reflection on the complex mechanism of psycho-juridical interventions that accompany the separation process. After a brief overview of the social context, the authors argue for some coherence in plural interventions, through an analysis of the different rationales and procedures on the legal and the psychological points of view. The examples derived from their practice as trainer, couple therapist, mediator, and lawyer highlight the absence of model for “positive care” but are an invitation to go beyond the “Checkpoint Charlie” in order to build together a professional metamorphosis.
