ELIPSS is a probability based Internet panel, dedicated to social science, more than 3000 people are equipped with tablets connected to the Internet to answer monthly surveys on various subjects. One of our key points, is to have a high and constant response rate for our surveys. The panel maintenance relies on an intranet called “Panel Management System”. How does this tool developed internally allows a personalized follow-up of more than three thousand panelists? What improvements can we develop for this tool ?
