Résumé
The conditions of school learning change globally. Teachers are faced with the challenge of either using digital media extensively in teacher training and school or allowing its usage. In order to develop an understanding of the mean-ing of such considerable change, authors first discuss the need for instructional design methods based on the way the users learn. While introducing the con-cept of instrumental conflict, a theoretical approach is applied, which helps to clarify the core structure of such processes. Finally, the successful example of adoption in the context of pharmaceutical education will be presented.
