Il s’agit dans cette contribution d’observer la mobilisation internationale en faveur du Kurdistan syrien contemporain, le Rojava, au travers des réemplois, des vestiges et des cadrages référentiels issus de la guerre civile espagnole, à la fois comme signifiants et comme horizon, c’est-à-dire le « transfert culturel ». Cette « hispanisation » du conflit en Syrie, opérée par les observateurs mais aussi par certains acteurs, peut s’observer à plusieurs échelles. En considérant la seule dimension du volontariat combattant féminin occidental comme un point de comparaison fonctionnel entre les deux conflits, il est possible d’interroger leurs similitudes et divergences pour identifier les superpositions et envisager cet internationalisme combattant au féminin comme un sujet en soi.

This contribution will question the international mobilization for the actual Syrian Kurdistan through the re-use, traces and frames of reference from the Spanish Civil War, both as meaning and as horizon, that is to say the “cultural transfer”. This "Hispanicization" of the syrian conflict, proceed by observers but also by some protagonists, can be observed on several scales. Considering the only dimension of the military volunteering of Western women as an operational comparison point between both conflicts, we can observe their similarities and divergences in order to identify the overlays and to consider this female-fighting internationalism as a topic in itself.
