L’autorisation communicationnelle comme produit rituel du collectif syndical

Si la métaphore de la formation d’un habitus communicationnel permet de ressaisir la diversité des stages de formation à la communication effectués à l’Institut Régional du Travail (I.R.T.), sa longue temporalité semble peu adaptée pour rendre compte de ce qui se passe lors de stages courts. Ceci peut cependant s’appréhender au travers de la spécificité syndicale de ces stages et de l’intense sociabilité qui les caractérise ainsi que du travail de figuration empathique qui s’y déroule. Le détour par le concept d’affiliation puis par l’ordre de l’interaction permet alors de décrire le fonctionnement symbolique du groupe et le processus d’autorisation qui en découle. C’est l’intégration du sentiment d’autorisation, ainsi produit, à l’habitus préexistant qui permet alors d’apparenter ces stages à un rituel.

If the metaphor of training of a communicational habitus allowed to focus the variety of course of communication at the I.R.T., its huge temporality corresponds to the reality of short training courses. But it could attempted through unional specificity of these training courses and through the deep sociability which caracterized them as well as the process of empathie figuration. Affiliation concept and order of interaction achieve to describe the symbolic operation of a group and the authorization’s pro-gress which follows. That is the integration of the authorization’s feeling which is built beyond the previous habitus leeds the training courses to a ritual.
