Dr. Abderrazak Boutramine received his Ph.D. degree in solid state physics from Ibn Zohr University of Agadir Morocco (July 2018) with a very Honorable distinction. Dr. Abderrazak’s research focus is related to the Condensed Matter Physics field. The focal aim of her research is based on modeling and exploitation of electronic band structure of semiconductor superlattices used in the active zone for High-performing infrared photodetectors. His major outcomes are published in reputed scientific journals including Applied Physics A, Journal of low temperature (Springer), Superlattices and Microstructures (Elsevier), Frontiers in Physics. He has been serving as a reviewer board member of Solid State Communications journal (Elsevier) and a member of the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of the 2022 International Conference on Material Physics and Application-Wuhan, China. In addition to his research and academic achievements, he has a broad range of physics teaching and supervising experience at Ibn Zohr University.
