These data supplement the article “Fish eDNA metabarcoding from aquatic biofilm samples: methodological aspects” Sinziana F. Rivera, Frédéric Rimet, Valentin Vasselon, Marine Vautier, Isabelle Domaizon, & Agnès Bouchez submitted to Molecular Ecology Resources journal. ----------------------------------------- The directory contains a curated fish reference library targeting a 163–185 bp of the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene.
