Résumé 0

This dataset contains growth, body composition (including fatty acids profile), survival, processing yields and feed efficiency data of an experiment comparing selected (Generation 10) and unselected (Generation 0) rainbow trout from the breeding programme of "les Sources de l'Avance (Aqualande group, France). These two fish lines are compared with two different feeds in a 2x2 factorial design. The Standard feed is the industry standard, produced by Aqualia (France). The Future feed is a feed free of fishmeal, fish oil and soy products, produced by INRAE NuMeA (Donzacq, France)
