Résumé
The FeedOmics project aimed to determine biomarkers of feed efficiency in growing pigs. Here, the files refer to learning and validation databases including transcriptomes of blood from pigs of three different experiments, their class of residual feed intake (RFI+/-) and values for feed conversion ratio (FCR) during test periods.
