R code associated with the book chapter "Optimising reactive disease management using spatially explicit models at the landscape scale". The R code describes a simple landscape-scale epidemic model to illustrate how dispersal and model structure can affect epidemic dynamics, as well as to show how performance of a simple reactive control can be assessed.
