The files contain raw data used in the paper "Seasonal and long-term consequences of esca on grapevine stem xylem integrity". There are 4 datasets and 4 associated text files describing the variables. The "kskt_data.csv" dataset includes stem specific hydraulic conductivity (ks), stem specific theoretical hydraulic conductivity (kth), and total vessel density in grapevine during esca pathogenesis. "kskt_data_description.txt" is the text file describing the variables. The "microCT_data.csv" dataset includes the quantification of stem PLC (i.e. percentage loss of conductivity) using X-ray microCT. "microCT_data_description.txt" is the text file describing the variables. The "pathogen_detection_data.csv" dataset includes the quantification of esca vascular pathogens in the perennial trunks using qPCR Note that the quantification in stems are not reported as all stems presented 0 [pg ng-1] for both pathogens. "pathogen_detection_data_description.txt" is the text file describing the variables. The "vessel_density_data.csv" dataset includes the quantification of vessel density per class of diameter (µm). The "vessel_density_data_description.txt" is the text file describing the variables.
