L'enquête "Travail décent, sentiment d’exploitation, comportements et attitudes politiques" (DYNAPOL) a pour objectif général de mieux comprendre dans quelle mesure certaines expériences personnelles liées au travail façonnent les attitudes et comportements politiques de manière directe et indirecte. Elle vise en particulier à confirmer l’intérêt et à examiner le rôle de deux variables perceptuelles clés : le sentiment de ne pas occuper un emploi décent et celui d’être exploité par son employeur. À l’aide d’une enquête longitudinale à mesures répétées, l’étude DYNAPOL se propose ainsi d’offrir une explication théoriquement solide et empiriquement prouvée des relations entre le vécu professionnel et certaines attitudes et comportements politiques, et de contribuer ainsi aux champs des sciences politiques et du management. The general objective of the DYNAPOL survey on “Decent work, feeling of exploitation, political behaviours and attitudes" was to arrive at a better understanding of the extent to which certain personal experiences linked with work directly and indirectly shape political attitudes and behaviours. In particular, its aim was to confirm the utility and explore the role of two key perceptual variables: the sense of not having a decent job and the sense of being exploited by one’s employer. Using a longitudinal survey with repeated measurements, the DYNAPOL study thus seeks to provide a theoretically robust and empirically proven explanation of the relations between professional experience and certain political attitudes and behaviours, and thereby to contribute to the fields of political science and management.
