This dataset contains concentrations of selected persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and of trace metals (TMs) and carbon and nitrogen isotopic values analyzed for five species including fish (Pseudotolithus elongatus and Ilisha africana), mollusk (Crassostrea gasar and Pugilina morio), and crustacean (Callinectes pallidus) from the Akanda national park, Gabon in may 2017.
