Résumé
L'urbanisation diffuse affecte tous les pays quels que soient leur niveau de développement. Le phénomène s'accompagne d'une dualisation sociale que seuls d'importants investissements culturels atténuerait. L'architecture reste ainsi le parent pauvre des programmes de développement social. Situation dommageable car le souci des formes est le vecteur universel de toute identité sociale.
