Résumé
Owing to the great fundamental possibilities of Siberian industry, the Government had to choose between global production and efficiency : it has chosen efficiency. The three major parts of the Union which are making progress are these of Angara-lenissei, of the Ob-lrtych and the B.A.M. (Baikal-Amour-Magistral).
