. - The variations of climatic conditions provoke stress bringing discomfort, eventually illness and death. Stress and climatic indices are debated. The methodology of stress study must regard the human adaptation to environment and the drastic variations of climatic conditions.

. - Les variations des conditions climatiques provoquent des stress susceptibles de causer des troubles ou d'augmenter la mortalité. La notion de stress et d'indice climatique est commentée. La méthodologie de l'étude des stress d'origine climatique doit tenir compte de l'adaptation de l'homme à son milieu et du phénomène de changement brutal des conditions physiques.
