Résumé
Territoire en marge dans le Tchad contemporain, le Ouaddaï est en proie à des conflits sociaux qui résultent d'une conjonction de facteurs. L'étude de trois moments de violence meurtrière montre le rôle déterminant de l 'Etat dans la perpétuation de l 'insécurité.
