Résumé
The probability of the occurence of fluctuations around non equilibrium stationnary states is discussed. It is related to deviations from the theorem of minimum entropy production. It is shown that the use of the classical Einstein's fluctuations formula is justified as long as the theorem of minimum entropy production is valid. A simple example, the fluctuation of the thermomolecular pressure, is considered in some detail.
