Bernadette Ermens et al., « Higher order nonlinear boundary value problems with finitely many solutions », Bulletins de l'Académie Royale de Belgique, ID : 10.3406/barb.1989.57817
A class of boundary conditions for higher order analytic ordinary differential equations is introduced for which the existence of some a priori bounds for the possible solutions implies the finiteness of the set of solutions. Applications are given to nonresonant and to resonant boundary value problems.
