Les trois castes de Camponotus (Tanaemyrmex ) festai Emery du Liban et de la Syrie sont figurées pour la première fois. Le mâle, non connu auparavant, est décrit. C. festai vit dans les pinèdes et les oliveraies, son habitat ne dépasse pas 1 100 m d'altitude. C. sannini est une nouvelle espèce. Son habitat est restreint aux hautes altitudes du mont Liban. La femelle se distingue par son écaille bilobée et le mâle par sa petite taille.
