Les Sphinx du Gabon (Lepidoptera, Sphingidae)

The Hawkmoths of the Gaboon (Lepidoptera, Sphingidae). Hawkmoths were particularly collected by Georges Bernardi and myself during several stays in Gaboon, to the research ecological station to Makokou and, more recently to the reserve of the Lope. The inventory of this collected specimens and other material found in different places in this country are synthetized here, eventually completed by bibliographic data on the Hawkmoths fauna of the Gaboon.

Des Sphinx ont été spécialement récoltés par Georges Bernardi et moi-même lors de nombreux séjours au Gabon, notamment à la station de recherche d'écologie forestière de Makokou, et plus récemment à la réserve de la Lopé. Les inventaires de ces collectes et d'autres, faites en divers endroits de ce pays, sont réunis ici et éventuellement complétés par des recherches bibliographiques sur la faune des Sphingidae du Gabon.
