A new species of the genus Pododula Karsch, 1896 (Orthoptera, Acrididae, Catantopinae). A new species of the West African genus Pododula Karsch, Pododula guielodorum n. sp., is described from Benin. The distribution of the two species included in the genus is given and its systematic position is discussed.

Une nouvelle espèce du genre ouest-africain Pododula Karsch, Pododula guielodorum n. sp., est décrite du Bénin. La répartition des deux espèces du genre est précisée et sa position systématique discutée.
