Résumé
The swords examined in this article have already been partially published in the « Bulletin » : in 1937 A. Cabrol and H. Pauron presented discoveries made during dedging in the Seine at the La Rochette ford. The artefacts were then divided between the Cabrol, Malgrain and Pauron collections. Around 1950 one of us (LC) received part of the Pauron collection, consisting of 10 complete or fragmentary swords. An article on one of the swords, presented to the Sens museum, has recently been published. However, the entire collection merited being better known.
