Zonalité minéralogique régionale dans le Paléozoïque du Tarn

Mineralogical studies of the numerous veins known in the Département of the Tarn lead to determine three parageneses : hypothermal to W-Sn, mesothermal to Pb-Zn and epithermal to F-Ba. After determining and limiting the area of distribution of these parageneses, the authors show that the existence of minerals are strickly controled by the tectonic history. The discovery of stratiform ore deposits in the neighbouring vicinity of the concentration of veins allows to bring out the problem of the origin of the elements mineralogically explained in the veins.

Les études réalisées sur les nombreux filons du département du Tarn permettent de dégager trois paragenèses : hypothermale à W-Sn, mésothermale à Pb-Zn et épithermale à F-Ba. Après avoir défini les domaines de répartition de ces paragenèses, les auteurs montrent que l'apparition des minéraux est étroitement contrôlée par l'histoire de la tectonique cassante. Enfin, la découverte récente de minéralisations stratiformes dans l'environnement proche des concentrations filoniennes permet de poser le problème de l'origine des éléments exprimés minéralogiquement dans les filons.
