The rugby is the tenth sport of Reunion Island but is very organized by social links and sympathizing enterprises (Puissance XV)). So, the rugby can pass beyond the insular handicaps to combine with a southern "Ovalie".

Pour n’être que le dixième des sports pratiqués à La Réunion, le rugby, porté par une société soudée et un réseau d’entreprises sympathisantes (Puissance XV), paraît en mesure de dépasser les handicaps insulaires dans une Ovalie illustrée par l’hémisphère Sud.
