Philippe Laburthe-Tolra, « Un tsógó chez les Eton. », Cahiers d'Études africaines, ID : 10.3406/cea.1975.2584
P. Laburthe-Tolra — A Tsôgô Rite among the Eton. Description of one of the very few Beti/Fang purification rites to have survived Christian proselytization. Tsogo is linked with the family and kinship structure as symbolized by the blood taboo. In its present form, the rite seems to be far softer and less demanding than in former times, due to the general trend of social change and, more precisely, to Roman Catholic influence.
