Résumé En

Official Research and Private Research The concept of research, though a relatively new one, has made great headway in very little time. The importance of the research section in the firm has increased accordingly. This is by no means only restricted to industrial firms but has also reached agriculture. Moreover, the State itself is greatly helping to promote scientific research. If research is necessary to the Economy, the amount of research is limited by the ever increasing costs involved. Before further study a few questions arise. Who has to do research ? Where has one to do research ? Should one help some research worker more than others ? Each country should answer those questions in its own way by choosing the research policy best filled to its need and its aims.
