Claude Fougère, Fuhrung der Arbeitskrafte und Ausbildung in den automatisierten Klein- und Mittelindustrien. Die vorliegende Studie handelt von der Moderninisierung der Klein- und Mittelindustrien. Aus der Grundlage von Untersuchungen vor Ort her, stellt sie heraus wie die Ausbildung als Variable der sozialen Führung, mehr oder weniger an der Entwicklung des Betriebes Anteil hat. Eine Analysentabelle, gestaltet auf Grund einer Typologie, die die Automatisierungsstrategic, die Organisationsentwicklung, die Entwicklung der Sozialpolitik kombiniert, erlaubt es den Sinn und die Bedeutung der Bildungspraktiken zu verstehen, die man in diesem Zusammenhand der technologischen Entwicklung vorgefunden hat. Die Typologie, die die Unternehmen nach zwei Modalitäten der Modernisierungsorganisation einteilt, strukturiert die Verschiedenartigkeit des industriellen Gefüges der Klein- und Mittelindustrien.

Claude Fougère, Labor management and training in automated light and medium industries. This study is concerned with the modernization of light and medium industries. It is based on field observations, and reveals how training, considered as a variable in social management, contributes to a greater or lesser extent to the company's development. An analysis grid, constructed using an overlapping typology : - automation strategy, development of organization, development of social policy - enables us to understand the meaning and the scope of training methods encountered in the contex of technological development. This typology, which classified companies according to two methods of managing modernization, gives a pattern to the extremely heterogeneous composition of light and medium industry.

L'étude présentée s'intéresse à la modernisation des PMI. Basée sur des observations de terrain, elle met en évidence comment, en tant que variable de la gestion sociale, la formation participe plus ou moins à l'évolution de l'entreprise. Une grille d'analyse construite à partir d'une typologie croisant : stratégie d'automatisation, évolution de l'organisation, évolution de la politique sociale, permet de comprendre le sens et la portée des pratiques de formation rencontrées dans ce contexte d'évolution technologique. La typologie, qui classe les entreprises selon deux modalités de gestion de la modernisation, ordonne l'hétérogénéité de tissu industriel des PMI.
