Gérard Naud, Michèle Conchon, Claire Vignes-Dumas, Catherine Mérot, Christine Langé, Christiane Naud, Joël Poivre, Anne-Françoise Kowalewski, Archivgutbearbeitung bei der Sammelstelle fur zeitgenossisches Archivgut des Staatsarchivs. Seit dem 1982 in der Gazette des Archives erschienenen Artikel kann man eine deutliche Entwicklung der Aufgaben der Sammelstelle fur zeitgenossisches Archivgut (Centre des archives contemporaines [C.A.C.]) und der zu ihrer Erfullung erforderlichen Mittel wahrnehmen ; vorliegender Artikel fasst die Lösungen zusammen, die seit 1982 ins Werk gesetzt wurden, um den Herausforderungen zeitgenossischen Archivguts gerecht zu werden : Ausprobieren neuer Techniken und Methoden und deren Anwendung bei der Masse des aufbewahrten Archivguts. Folgende Gebiete werden angesprochen : Gliederung Sammelstelle für zeitgenossisches Archivgut mit Aussendienststellenabteilung (Section des missions), EDV-Archivgut (Programm Constance ) und audiovisuelles Archivgut, Archivgutbearbeitungsfliessband mit Signierungs-richtlinien, Dienststellenliste und Raumausnutzung, Zugang zum Inhalt mit Dokumentarbasis Priant 3, neue Erscheinungsformen der Bibliotheken.

Since the article published in the Gazette des Archives in 1982, a definite evolution of the tasks and means of the Centre des archives contemporaines (C.A.C.) has been perceptible. The article relates the experiments of new techniques and methods tried since 1982 in order to face the challenge of contemporary records. The main points are the change of the relationship between the C.A.C. and the Section des Missions of the Archives nationales , the management of ADP records (program Constance) and audiovisual records, the processing of records (accession, numbering, identification of transferring agencies, management of space in the repositories), the access to their content through the ADP program Priant 3, and the new management of the specialised libraries in the C.A.C.

Los autores exponen las nuevas técnicas y los nuevos métodos experimentados desde 1982 para hacer frente al desafîo de los archivos modernos. Los principales puntos son los cambios en las relaciones entre el C.A.C. y la Section des Missions del Archivo Nacional, el tratamiento de los archivos informâticos (programa Constance ) y de los archivos audiovisuales, el tratamiento de los archivos tradicionales (transferencia, signatura, identificación de las administraciones productoras, gestion del espacio en los depósitos), el acceso a su contenido a través del programa informâtico Priant 3, y la nueva gestion de las bibliotecas especializadas del C.A.C.
