■ Natalia Chmatko, Monique de Saint Martin: Les anciens bureaucrates dans l'économie de marché en Russie Les dirigeants des grandes entreprises privatisées et les banquiers sont souvent en Russie d'anciens fonctionnaires supérieurs qui appartenaient à la nomenklatura. À partir d'une enquête auprès d'entrepreneurs menée principalement à Moscou, les auteurs se proposent d'analyser les différentes ressources que les anciens bureaucrates ont pu mobiliser pour se reconvertir dans le champ économique. La plus , importante est sans doute l'expérience accumulée dans la bureaucratie d'État. Malgré les transformations radicales du système politique et économique, on observe un processus de restructuration des anciennes élites et ce qu'on peut appeler leur auto-reconversion en nouvelles élites post-soviétiques.
