The annual water balances of the Loukkos are presented. The rate of winter evapotranspiration is less than the potential one and on the level of soil water is highly variable. The annual runqffdepends on the beginning of the rainy season and on the lenght of winter. These hypotheses work on a monthly basis and allow a better approximation of the runoff than the usual Thornthwaite' s model.

Pour équilibrer les bilans hydrologiques annuels du bassin du Loukkos, l'auteur utilise un cœfficient de réduction de l' évapotranspiration hivernale et une réserve en eau variable. Les corrections semblent d'autant plus grandes que les pluies hivernales sont tardives et de courte durée. Ces hypothèses permettent de corriger le bilan mensuel hydrologique de Thornthwaite et de mieux ajuster le calcul des débits.
