VIEWS ON THE WAR IN 1915 Three soldiers, the poet Guillaume Apollinaire, the novelist Henri Barbusse and the gunner Jules Talmon, writer of an unpublished diary, have handed down three testimonies which show how they saw the war and how their view marked the rythm of the time in which they lived.
