LE TÉMOIGNAGE, ENTRE AUTOBIOGRAPHIE ET ROMAN: LA PLACE DE LA FICTION DANS LES RÉCITS DE DÉPORTATION Un roman peut-il être considéré comme un témoignage de la déportation, et si oui, à quelles conditions ? Quelle place occupe-t-il dans l'ensemble des récits relatifs à la déportation et dans la gamme des documents disponibles pour le chercheur ? Quelles sont ses formes littéraires et ses fonctions identitaires ? Ces questions sont traitées à partir de l'expérience du traitement d'un corpus de témoignages de survivantes effectuée sous la direction de Michael Pollak.

TESTIMONY: BETWEEN AUTOBIOGRAPHY AND FICTION. THE PLACE OF FICTION IN ACCOUNTS OF DEPORTATION Can a novel be considered as a testimony of deportation, and if it can, under what conditions ? What place does it occupy within the collection of accounts of deportation and within the range of documents available to researchers ? What are its literary forms and its function in the process of identification ? These questions are analysed in the light of the treatment of a corpus of survivors' testimonies, that was carried out under the direction of Michael Pollak.
