The settling process of caravans on private plots is expanding in the Finistère's coastal zones. The numerous drawbacks of these anarchic installations, which are in fact a new form of building in a straggling way which cancels the effects of the land allocation, should lead the local elected representatives, to try, through suitable regulations, to recover progressively the control regarding the occupation of their local area.

RÉSUMÉ La sédentarisation des caravanes sur des parcelles privées est en extension dans les zones littorales du Finistère. Les multiples inconvénients de ces installations anarchiques, nouvelle forme de mitage qui annule les effets des P.O.S., devraient conduire les élus locaux à rechercher, par une réglementation appropriée, la reconquête progressive de la maîtrise de l'occupation de leur territoire communal.
